At Comfort One Shoes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your shoes don't provide the perfect fit, you can return unworn merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn shoes in their original manufacturer's box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
